Administrative Coordinator Reviews

What is it like working as an Administrative Coordinator?

June 2020
Administrative Coordinator:
The variety of duties makes the job a great learning experience, never know how the day will go. Very challenging position which gives you much satisfaction when completing tasks or helping team member with HR related duties. For the most part co-workers/managers were nice to work with. Very fast paced important role. But the pay structure doesn't make sense, very very low for Administrative.

And that I have an opportunity to establish the guidelines/general procedures that will be eventually become a standard for the City of Bellmead.
Cons: The current hourly rate they are providing me.
