Great.

Pros: I like the community and the commute to and from work I love the people I work with and I’m happy to be apart of helping people get the care they need away from home.
Cons: It can be hurtful to lose a resident that you have cared for for some time and it can be a ruff job at times being an CNA and work conditions can be not up to par.

St. Joe work.

Pros: The people are mostly kind. Home-y atmosphere in most places. Down to earth people whom are pleasant and smart. It feels safe. Wonderful feel of downtown shopping with it's new updates and more to come.
Cons: The pay isn't very good. There aren't as many opportunities as there are people looking for a particular job. Not enough things to do for our youth to put electronics down and stay out of trouble.
