Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Buffalo:
Pros: The people I work with are great. I am able to transfer between stores in Buffalo for school and Syracuse when I go home. In Syracuse I was able to get as many learnings as I wanted.
Cons: When I came to Buffalo for school I told them about all the learnings I have. I only get used for them when it’s convenient for them. I’ve asked for a raise in the past using my learnings as justification but was told I’m not being used for them right now. I don’t always feel appreciated.
