Executive Assistant in Baltimore:
Pros: Close proximity to just about anything you want to do; major universities and health care organizations in one location.
Cons: Lack of city systems to work with residents on keeping Bltimore safe and clean. Gentrification that occurs differently in predominantly black or white areas.

Flexible.

Pros: My position allows me to be extremely flexible within the company.
Cons: However, I am only allowed to move towards positions that are currently available. My employer has a hard time seeing where else we could improve the company, therefore, limiting my career growth and development.
