Pros: Working in Dallas feels competitive. There is a good market for creatives. There are a lot of great companies to work for in the area, and a ton of fun recreational activities for everyone.
Cons: I feel inexperienced and a little out of place coming from small-town Iowa. I feel like a lot of people are better than me.
