Human Resources (HR) Manager Reviews
What is it like working as a Human Resources (HR) Manager?
January 2018
Employees are my business.
Human Resources (HR) Manager in Boise:
My headline is stolen from my First Sergeant days in the United State Air Force. The Human Resource career field is all about the employees I serve. If I can keep the employees in my company focused on their jobs and not distracted by problems in pay, benefits, personnel management, promotion, retention, labor relations, etc. Then I have done my job.
My satisfaction comes from knowing employees feel comfortable coming to HR for anything they need, but more so from knowing employees can trust their supervisors to take care of their needs so everyone in the company can move forward with our shared vision and mission.

Earning your degree is a requirement to get anywhere in this career field. I believe knowledge is such a powerful thing in this position.
