Pros: The company culture and diverse project types and sizes. I also enjoy collaborating with people both in my office and at other home office locations world-wide.
Cons: Although the KC office is set up like a small studio environment and being part of a larger corporatioon comes with it's benefits, sometimes being of a larger corporations makes it challenging to direct the studio environment in the direction the industry is headed without taking time to jump through hoops.
