Pros: I really enjoy working with the staff I currently have. All of my co-workers bring innovative smart ideas forward. I enjoy the recruitment process as well.
Cons: The part of my job I enjoy the least is not having full authority over employees. This is due to my boss's lack of involvement in daily operations. When an issue is brought up to her she takes more time to start processes (in place) from moving forward.
