Cons: - You are always expected to go above and beyond your duties and they try and lump that into your contract but you have not compensated accordingly.
- Upper management always pushes a ridiculous timeline.

Pros: They are an optimistic and forward thinking company. They put the customer (patients with medical conditions) first. The company actions are in alignment with their values and mission.
Cons: Main US office is located in Boston, MA area, which doesn’t appeal to me as a place I want to live. If they close the So California offices, I will likely be out of a job.
