Pros: Schedule is easygoing
Cons: I have had issues with identity theft in the workplace and with not receiving income even though I put in over 40 hrs a week. I was also set up by the head of the Department when I turned 18 because I had mineral and ore rights to a claim. He is now retired.

It’s been a good experience thus far. I started out as an contractor and converted to perm October 2019. As far as an organization is concerned. There’s a lot of room for growth.
