Pros: People are friendly and genuinely care about the members and staff.
Cons: Frequent change in direction. Senior leaders do not consult departments that will be affected by changes whether good or bad.

Pros: This is a decent company to work for. Not the best.
Cons: The payscale is not accurate. The managers micromanage but do the things they dont allow their employees to do.

Not What I'd Hoped For.

Pros: My manager allows me to handle my projects on my own without constant supervision.
Cons: I wasn't given a choice as to what role I play on the team. Pay and raises are low. Bonuses aren't guaranteed.
