You must begin the day with a positive attitude & open mind.
Property Manager:
In this industry you meet a wide range of people, each with a different story. The days may begin slow and quiet but the days end you hear some very tragic stories of how people lost their job now had to leave thier homes. People that are looking for a hand out not only discounted services but will say anything to get it down to free. Not all people & stories are the same but a few can be hilarious. After time you will be able to identify the good tenants from the tricky ones right from the beginning, just keep your eyes & ears open at all times.
