Retail Store Manager in Burnaby:
Working as a retail store manager will give you little to no balance in your personal life. I would not recommend this if you have a spouse or children as you are required to work evenings and weekends as well as any PEAK times, like holidays. I have found that the appreciation is low for excelling in your position yet people are always quick to point out any flaws in your work. Working with your team will be the best part of your job, if you work with good people and have no drama in your store then you will look forward to work. If you have drive and can motivate yourself and your team and excel at sales, then become a store manager for the pay, the sales bonus, and the camaraderie with your team.
