Definition of Mediocre.
Sales Associate in Monroe Township:
Pros: It's very flexible with times as I am a college student and it's interesting to see what comes into the store.
Cons: I do a lot of things that are fairly similar to being a manager but get paid the bare minimum.

Pros: I like how friendly the employees are and getting to work various jobs around the store. This way im knowledgeable in more than just one job duty.
Cons: I feel like im underpaid considering i have 15 years customer and retail experience. I always give superior service with a smile. I thoroughly provide the best customer experience by going above and beyond for the customer and their needs. I always feel rewarded when i see a customer smiling and leaving impressed with their overall shopping experience.

Not trained properly, you have to figure the job out yourself.

Pros: My coworkers are the only reason I stay and I hope my coordinators become managers soon because GM is not fair. She has her favorites and that’s not right.
Cons: GM is not fair to all her employees. You can tell who she doesn’t like and who she favors from the way she speaks to individuals.

Cons: They expect expert service to customers, but lean hard on employees who perform. If you let management make fun of you, you can be as lazy as you want. If customers appreciate your service, then you're expected to work harder.
