Work hard and try to stay out of the gossip and things that will just aren't important. Remember who you are and why you're here. Always treat others with respect, even if some of them don't deserve it.

Cons: Small organization that I won't be able to be promoted because according to guidelines in order to level up I need to supervise people which I dont have.
