Enjoyable.

Pros: The atmosphere in my department, being the Penthouse ward & my job itself.
Cons: The biased notions although not openly done has the lot of bearing the brunt of it. And extremely under appreciated for the amount of work I have to do or help others with, which aren't even mine to begin with.

Eau Claire is a great place to work and live.

Pros: Great diverse community, plenty to do, and "rush hour" isn't much but traffic lights.
Cons: Job market for folks with experience is slim, unless you know people and have an "in" the opportunities are fairly scarce, unless you want to work retail, or be a cashier or teller.
