Pros: The people I work with and the people I meet. Flexibility with hours.

Pros: The way I get treated by some staff. I also enjoy the customers.
Cons: The owner treats me different compared to the other workers as I'm new but I feel like uncomfortable around her as one wrong thing I get in trouble.

Pros: I enjoy taking orders and receiving feedback to take to the chef when I clear the persons table. It's rewarding when there are nice customers and you feel like they appreciate your work.
Cons: Rude people often make my shift unenjoyable. The kitchen has never offered me any food and I don't get any breaks on 6 hour shifts for example.

If you are a 16 or 17 year old looking for extra gas money, then you need this job. It pays jut the right amount for gas and cheap car payments.
