Fantastic people, modern technologies, startup pay grade.
Software Engineer in Tel Aviv:
Pros: The people are amazing and even though I only spend a small amount of time there each week we instantly clicked and we bonded to a level that I quite like.
Cons: I don't really care much about the product (an app that helps people save money and keep an eye on their bank account), and the salary that I'm earning and that I was offered are both lower than the norm (probably due to this being a startup that doesn't have a lot of funding).
