What is it like working at The Kroger Company?
My job is stressfully the work load is overwhelming but I still love my job.

Pros: My job allows me to meet people from other cultural background it also give me great pleasure to serve our customers with pride on a professional level.i will not feel accomplish if my customer is not happy.
Cons: The work load is extremely heavy........ but some manager can't see that.

Cons: I feel employees are in the dark about company plans. I feel we are lied to about specific details in order to keep us from looking for other employment with other companies.

Cons: No incentive, no pay increase so keep losing to inflation, never bring you to manager's office for a positive scenario only negative and having to sometimes fight for the benefits they have promised.

Cons: The angry corporate phone calls, the short staffing, the lack of training across employees, the lack of compensation in pay versus effort and time for work
