Boring Hell.
Assistant Store Manager in Cherry Hill:
Pros: The mall is pretty
Cons: The people here are ridiculously rude, petty, or have no personality/humor to them. It’s depressing to help these people because they need more than makeup to help them. And the skincare advice I give people goes in one ear, out the other. They don’t care that I am an esthetician. I paid for this training to help people, and they don’t care. They still think they know best and ignore you and treat you like you’re worthless for working retail.

Assistant Store Manager:
The store has some definite potential. I love helping people, but unfortunately due to the cut in labor hours our customers do not always receive the help they need. I feel if the store was more organized and product of one nature was together. Customers would have a more speedy, stress-free , atmosphere for their shopping experience. It would also help if we had a manager that cared about customer/employee relations. The customer is what is most important to sales , so why not give them a great experience no matter the language they speak or the color of their skin. The communication could use some work too. Team work is important. Managers job is to delegate , but helping your employees is even better. Overall I love the customers, and I'm great ful to have a job , but if I could change the management and customer experience I would.
