It's not that bad I enjoy making customers coffees ect.

Pros: Communicating with the customers and the fact I can drink coffee at work . Also they are very flexible with the hours I am able to work.
Cons: The amount of work they expect you to do in such a short period of time as a closer it is overwhelming!

Cons: The managers could be better.

Okay.
Cashier:
Pros: Waiting on customer's , helping people, working with power tools, earning paid time off.
Cons: Management isn't fair when filling job positions, is not an open door policy when resolving issues, and when you report theft your hours are cut , childish acting when dealing with issues.
