Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Groton:
I feel that for all the hardwork and dedication that the Nursing Staff provide, they should get paid more. I met a great group of CNA's and Nurses that have held on the fort for many decades and are still under paid. You would think the foundation would appreciate them more for sticking thru the ups and downs. But nope, I didn't see it, so I left. It didn't make me feel appreciated. Those that have stayed, God Bless them. They have a good heart.
