Cons: The lack of any kind of structure at a company. Just worker drones here. You start out entry level and leave entry level. No room for growth or advancement in erie pa. I have been working the same job for 11 years and had 3 raises and im at least 5$ an hour under the national average for the work i do. And the only reason why is erie pa.
