You put in a lot of effort to please the employers and get nothing back.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Adelaide:
Pros: I love the customers and most of my coworkers. All the departments have such lovely people and make coming to work feel so much better.
Cons: I don’t like that I put so much effort in and when I ask for an extra shift they don’t give it to me. I’m an adult who pays to live at the house I currently reside and when I explain my predicament to the managers nothing is done even though they know how badly I’m struggling financially.
