It was okay at first but the Amtrak contract needs a lot of work.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Stuart:
Pros: I loved selling travel on Amtrak but when COVID pandemic hit, work became very stressful and unappreciated.
Cons: I was laid off due to a miscommunication in a private, chat-room environment but they said it was because of COVID. Being on a contract gives very little job stability. I was in the second training class when the contract began and not many of us were left after a full year.
