A Rewarding Experience That Can Be Muddied by Feeling Unappreciated from Management.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Aurora:
Pros: The customer relations, one-on-one experiences, a bit of freedom to help improve office operations if needed, once you get the hang of the procedures it can be a fun job on a good day.
Cons: The pay I believe is below average for what I have seen on other job offer posts on recruiting websites. Working in this particular franchise has had its disadvantages, from slow response with the management about office concerns and possible pay raises for the outstanding services I have provided fairly above and beyond my job description, with management being aware of them. Frequent slow days in my area where there is virtually nothing to do due to low client volume can make the job unfortunately very inactive and boring, even despite my efforts to be proactive.

Stressfull.

TELUS itself is a great company.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Makati City:
Pros: The company is generous to its employees. The environment is laid-back and there are many perks.
Cons: Negativity usually comes from the account you're assigned to, depending on what it is and the managers under it. Some accounts may be better than the others, because personally, the account I'm under in expect you to work more than they pay you. Severe cost-cutting due to the pandemic.
