Pros: I like the the fact that my manager allows me to work freely on my own and knows I am capable of completing tasks in a timely fashion. Will go above and beyond to see that a job/project is completed start to finish with limited assistance needed.
Cons: Since management change over has taken place, not much to dislike. Work environment is pleasant and upbeat to work in at the moment.
