What is it like working as a Graphic Designer?
January 2022
Cozy Privileged Town.
Graphic Designer in Westford:
Pros: It's quaint. People care about what goes on in the town. Little to no crime happens. It is very community based. It is very close to the NH boarder.
Cons: There is no opportunities to grow in a design field.

Great people to work with.
Graphic Designer in Redhill:

Cons: the pay - feels its plucked out of thin air for everyone

Great work environment.
Graphic Designer in Cincinnati:
Pros: -The people are awesome
-Dogs in the office is a win
-laid back/casual work environment
-creative freedom (as a designer)
-Making cool art that sells at big retailers
Cons: -The pay is below average
-It is a small company so there are still processes and departments that need work...Everything is still a work in progress there, which is good and bad. Good because there are opportunities to grow, but bad because you get thrown in to the fire sometimes and there isn't a consistent form of training or communication.
-The "higher ups" pick favorites. During meetings they praise certain people, but gloss over others. Then they praise us as a company, but refuse to pay their employees well.
