Office Manager in Lake Worth:
The company doesn’t appreciate women. Women are used but they allow only men to take the credit. You are frowned upon if you disagree with your manager. When they company was private it was a great company to work for. But once they became public, the share holders only see you as a number. Regardless of how hard you work, how much overtime you give it’s never enough. Honestly, I didn’t know my self worth which is why I stayed so long. But looking back I was never compensated or appreciated. Overall, more women work in the company but men make more money to do less work.

There are many hats to wear and constant interruptions.
Office Manager in Palm Bay:

Cons: The constant interruptions that stop me from getting work done
