Office Manager in Cupertino:
Pros: It's a very nice atmosphere and I am left to complete projects weekly on my own. The goal is to have them done weekly, no need for daily checkpoints approved by the supervisor.
Cons: It's not 100% secure as anyone can walk in and the office door is unlocked and I am the greeter, however it's a fairly safe neighborhood. The only issues are with the homeless repeatedly and occasionally rudely demanding handouts. We can only provide so much as a non-profit and the homeless crisis is no joke. It's an abomination.
