Operations Manager in London:
Pros - great support, in house courses. Cons- pay increases, huge work load, no advancement ,nor mentorship, sometimes it feels close to a bullying culture with very poor communications. The culture is very driven , but transport gets compensated , no other benefits, there is also no commision to bring in work, nor time to look for it.
