I like work here but I do have children with special need but I don't get any more pay to deal with the children.

Pros: None
Cons: Parents have no respect for the teachers, CPS does not give the best to the students (they give lower grade jail food, etc), the student-teacher ratio is too big, too much paperwork for the teacher, easily to get sued by parents (the teachers do not have any protection), have to take care homeless students (buying their supplies, etc from our own money), low salary compared to other cities in Illinois, too much corruption in the city body.

The company is great pay is poor yearly increase is poor as well work with the families and children that is amazing! Coworkers are great and my boss is wonderful as well. We also have paid training and hour lunch breaks.
