Owners are very open and honest with their employees and are very lenient and work hard for you to give you a schedule that works for you.

It is very rewarding! I notice that if teachers love their job and do their job well it reflects on the positive development of the children and fruitful relationships between families and teachers in the community.

Pros: What I like most about my job is the fact that I can make a difference in the lives of children who need consistency, right balance of nurture and discipline and basic understanding of self-help skills and basic academics.
Cons: Lack of staff support especially the ones in the full day program. Big turn around of employees because of burning out due to lack of support.
