Pay is fine, level of happiness is low, heavy workload.

Pros: Mental challenge. Improved team leader skills. Improved communication skills.
Cons: Always work overtime. No respect to RN. Too much unnecessary paper works set up by the accreditation, waste of time. Always having changing roasters. Not any bonus. Too much staff report, which has been encouraged by head office. No time for break. Over critical to this profession which actually affect the efficiency of this job.

Pros: Great place to work. No traffic and my job is not so stressful it's the people who you work with that make a big difference. We're like family and we always work as a team. Cost of living is affordable.
Cons: Weather is so hot in summer time. Not much to do here.
