It’s not that bad a job most of my co-workers are really cool I can say that about my store we are a franchise thou so I can’t speak for all the other Rallys locations the pay is ok nothing great but if your a good worker you get steady hours which is what has kept me here my GM is also very flexible with working around my schedule.
