Sales Associate Reviews
What is it like working as a Sales Associate?
January 2020
Demanding.
Sales Associate in Bangor:
Pros: The people you work with and the people you meet.
Cons: CREDIT CARDS! They want you to constantly have people sign up for the credit card. If you don't meet a certain number of cards within a certain number of transactions they call you into the office and you get spoken to. You have to go through extra training and if you don't end up getting people to sign up it goes under your job performance review. Ultimately I have seen one of my co-workers get fired for not getting enough credit card applicants. It is so stressful.
December 2019
Good for extra income only. Not as main job.
Sales Associate in New Port Richey:
Pros: Pleasant coworkers
Cons: Low pay and limited opportunities for advancement
December 2019
You get what you give.
Sales Associate in Snellville:
Pros: With almost four years of experience and ALDI USA, I have seen it progress in just a short amount of time. Starting off as a new employee, it was unlike any other retail job I had before with a lot more responsibility which was good. All ALDI employees should be considered managers because everyone does nearly the same work so there is little micromanagement. The company has great benefits and if you are in school they can flex your schedule. I had a great team so being able to be a team player and contribute makes things a lot easier. The store is not as big as your average store so it makes it a lot easier to manage.
Cons: At the end of the day, it's still retail. You still have customers who are very demanding, and the days itself with all the task can be demanding especially at first. You will not learn everything in a year, and sometimes your team might not be friendly. Even though the store closes at 8, the stores deal with a lot of customers and it is very short staffed. Anyone can do the task, but it isn't for everyone. It's a physically demanding job!
December 2019
It is amazing.

Cons: The aftermath of how the store looks after closing and lack of other associates
December 2019
Enjoyable.
Sales Associate in Leeds:

Cons: The pay for what I do
December 2019
Michaels.
Sales Associate in Pittsburgh:
Pros: The happy environment and the people I work with
Cons: Having more responsibilities than others and getting the same pay
