Do to the other retail businesses in our area I feel I should be making more than I do! The management lacks commuication skills & leadership abilities. There is no encouragement to go over & above what we are asked to do.

Sales Associate:
The pay is way too low for all the things you’re expected to do. I was there for 5 years with no recognition. There’s always drama between coworkers and management has no control over anything. The amount of turnover in the store and upper management is just ridiculous.

Wonderful benefits, compensation and excellent Managers that was there to help at a drop of a hat. Wish I were still employed there. The University takes care of their employees.
