Software Developer:
This review comes from an engineering perspective. MindGeek really is your classic office environment, average benefits, average pay, forced to overtime a bit. They try to act like a cool and hip company, but they don't do anything out of the ordinary. Management really depends on the team you find yourself in. Some are considered great, some are considered poor. Salary increases are minimal, the only way to get a good increase is either if you're like by your management and considered a "key" player or you coming back with an offer elsewhere. I am in one of the best teams, and have good salary which is the sole reason I am still here.

Software Developer:
People are friendly here, team is good. But the working location and all facilities are bit of out of date. They are currently renovating them. Business side should get more clear direction and stability to drive the departments.

Requires being a Jack of all trades.
Software Developer in Birkirkara:
Pros: Nice culture, relaxed, and nice people to work with
Cons: Role definition is very haphazard, and a lot of people are kept on in roles they don't perform well
