Pros: Very nice, casual atmosphere and flat company hierarchy. Never get overworked or required to work overtime.
Cons: Very few coworkers to talk about software development with, not really any other people in my age group. No real system in place for planning new features/getting good software requirements so a lot of things just have to get figured out as we go along.
