Operations Manager:
Pros: Lots of things and stuff that I like I don't want to.
Cons: Not much. I like everything my job makes me happy.

Work life.
Operations Manager:
Pros: Managing challenges with protocol or systems. I enjoy fixing and creating newer efficient protocols that improve service and/or productivity.
Cons: The turnover in employees and the challenges of staffing. I also don't like the immature behavior of some employees that impede the team to work in a professional, efficient manner. The manager is not engaged and is reactive to issues rather than proactive. The hours can be an impact on home life and days off are never really days off without an issue being called to you at all hours. While some calls are legit, some are not and require simple common sense or remembering their training.

Operations Manager:
Pros: Flexibility.
Cons: Stress Level, Pay.

Be a Leader.
Operations Manager:
Be very open to change and be willing to volunteer to lead change. You set the bar in so many areas, you have to lead by example. Learn to delegate without micro-managing.

Pros: I love the autonomy and having a say in the direction of the company.
Cons: I dislike the constant nature of the industry. I never expected solar to have so many emergent situations.

Work flexibility, office conditions and the management.
Operations Manager:
Pros: The company had flex working schedule. I can be at the office with out worrying of coming in late.
The work condition and management are good. Working relationship between office mates are beyond work.
We have HMO, Accident Insurance, and other allowances.

Pros: I enjoy working with the public. I like the daily challenges that come with my job. I also enjoy the people I work with.
