What is it like working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)?

Bunzl is too big.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Victoria:
Pros: The ability to help people start successful new businesses, helping people with any jan/san issues they may have
Cons: Bunzl is too cumbersome, and can't seem to get out of it's own way as far as management structure goes. We got to where we are by helping all customers, big and small with the same level of service, and Bunzl just isn't able to adjust their thinking to take this into account. I will say that we have certainly been treated more fairly in some ways, but opaque processes and planning leaves employees guessing about where things are heading.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) in San Antonio:
Pay is not so great. If it’s part time it will do but don’t think full time will be worth it. I did like the programs where you can pick up your own hours and if you need some hours removed, there is no one you need to call just put them up and usually you have someone else pick them up.

Working From Home is Amazing.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Surrey:
Pros: I get to spend almost every day at home with my dogs and set my own hours.
Cons: The work isn't as steady because it is still a growing company.

Busy.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Brea:
