Fairly interesting development work. Culture is pretty good, but daily work life is highly team dependent. Pay is low to average in some roles.

Pros: My specific team gets along really well and is great to work with.
Cons: I think that management is often opaque as to what they are up to and pay seems to be pretty poor compared to other companies.
