Working as A "Cashier" at My place of Employment.
Cashier in Nashville:
Pros: Paycheck I receive every 2 weeks (which is a joke because of my inconsistent work schedule) Use work badge for bus fare. Free resources.
Cons: Bad/ poor management. Supervisor Lacks communication skills. Inconsistent work schedule. Employees constantly quitting out of the blue. Short staffed. Expected to do double the work in a certain amount of time. Given a hard time when requesting vacation time.

Pros: It's my hometown.
Cons: The traffic is terrible all hours of the day.

I work in a marvelous store where the management strives to provide their employees with cookouts, great lounge room, and so on. However, The company itself like so many others, is cutting back drastic on their employees.
