Cons: No one can work in Boise and hope to make a good living. Unless of course, you're already extremely rich when you get here.

Pros: Employee discount(FOOD), customers & co-workers.
Cons: Too few co-workers to help.

Pros: The benefits, paid vacation, holiday and overtime are very good. The insurance premium is excellent.
Cons: The hours are not cohesive enough, not enough help, so some people are doing 2-5 jobs at one time but only getting paid for a lesser role. The stress level is high.
