Pros: Communication, tearm work,
Cons: Customer complain, any mistake your fired.

Cashier:
Pros: Good pay, good workload, in-and-out kinda job, no qualifications or extensive knowledge required, work flexibility, work/life balance, easy to take time off where needed, opportunity to take on higher or different roles.
Cons: Frequently standing for long hours in one spot.
Sometimes disregarded by other employees because of position in the store.

Cons: Way too much favoritism and not being valued.

Cashier:
Pros: Working with customers. Making sure they are getting quality products and speedy service. Seeing them happy because they've been given excellent service.
Cons: People not being trained properly to perform the duties. Being questioned about my knowledge from employees while not been trained properly. Being talked down to by employees who do the jobs they have been assigned less the extraordinary. Having to work under people who have less knowledge in my field of employment. Being over worked and under paid.

Pros: Everything, my co-workers are amazing, customers are nice. My Employers are incredible.
Cons: Nothing because everything is perfect. I get to go to work and no be afraid of what others think of me.

I greet customers, stock, clean, put truck up, handle money.
Cashier:
Pros: The custmoers being happy after I sale to them.
Cons: The favortism between manager and other cashiers. The way I always have to work 6 days a week and others get 2 days off in a roll. Bening schudled late time knowing I dont have my own car that my fiance brings me to and form work.

Cons: Managment does not recognize abilities. They take skills and experience for granted.
