What is it like working as a Cashier?

Easy job and pays decent for what it is.
Cashier:
Pros: -Free food and drinks during my shift.
-Cash tips at the end of each shift.
-Schedule is consistent and allows for a good work/life balance.
Cons: -Waking up early in the morning.
-Doesn't utilize my college education.

Pros: Talking to people.
Cons: Rude people.

It's great helping people find what they need.
Cashier:
Pros: Helping them find what they need or just cashing them out to help them get out on their way talking to them and getting them to come back hopefully.
Cons: When you do everything you can and tell them what your manage will only end up telling them the same thing and they give me attitude and some times the same with the manger sometimes they are nicer to the manager even though I say everything nicely with out tension yet I'm still the one that they give attitude.

Pros: Friendly customers .knowledge.
Cons: The unfairness I see in the work place.

Too much crap.
Cashier:
Pros: Good pay, good commission rates, good people.
Cons: They want us to ask so many questions to our customers, some of which are a bit invasive. I get that it is for them to send them coupons, but asking these questions so consecutively takes so much time, especially in long lines.

Cashier:
Pros: I like the fact that it's close to campus and the schedule is flexible.
Cons: I dislike the lack of parking. The organization of pay from newer To older employees. The management system.
