The company as a whole has great benefits. That being said it is not a very welcoming establishment and teamwork is not encouraged.

I think all CNA's are underpaid for what we do, on that note, Riverview is ok to work at,,they do have lock ins so be prepared to stay.. Most of the employees are fun to work with, but you do have that few ppl that,, well you know. Good luck in job search.

I am moving from one clinic to another within Uk under different management. The position is great. Management makes all the difference.

Flexible hours with flexible patients.
