A fast past environment that is not very organized. HR and Management are not organized and they lie about giving bonuses that will never happen.

Pros: I Love my job with BHS management knows what they are doing and are always willing to step in and help out when needed Management is almost all CNA certified as well.
Cons: Its not perfect but its a good job I wish all co-workers were as vested as the other 93% of us
