I care about my client whom I took care of for 8 years now.

Pros: This is the 4th time company's have changed since 2004.
Cons: The pay, I haven't had a raise in over 10 years, no benefits and I have never had a vacation day since 2003 when I worked for brown county wi for 16 years.

Pros: Most of the residents that live here are great, a few are nursing home level care. You have a lot of down time.
Cons: The attitude of fellow workers and management. I hear "it's not my job to do that." All too often. It's not a place that I enjoy working at anymore.
