Great To Bad.

Pros: The pay is good, benefits are mostly good.
Cons: They make you burn PTO for weather related days, they don’t give you paid sick days, they are now making machinists account for every second of down time on their machines, to the point of not even being able to use the restroom for fear of getting in trouble, and they are starting to make you feel like you’re in a prison.
